Winbourne Consulting assisted the Irvine, California Police Department with their implementation and go live of their new Motorola PremierOne® CAD, Mobile & Records System on April 12, 2022. Winbourne provided full project management services from RFP development, vendor selection, proactive project management oversight and go-live of their new CAD/Mobile/RMS system. Irvine PD created a full project team early on to handle vendor evaluation, issues tracking and testing, interface testing, training, and implementation support. Winbourne, the Irvine team, and Motorola® worked hand-in-hand through the multi-year project to achieve a successful go-live cutover.
