At the invitation of the US State Department, Winbourne Consulting made presentations on new technology trends to several audiences of Panamanian public safety agencies in Panama City, Panama.

The presentations covered technologies and used by US public safety agencies for policing, prisons, and fire operations along with representatives of the US National Criminal Information Center (NCIC) and National Incident Based Reporting Systems (NIBRS).

Winbourne’s presentations included police communications, prison and jail management, customs and immigration, transportation and motor vehicle security, identification cards, radio frequency identification, command and control, fingerprinting, ballistics and mug shot management.
