With over 40 years in public safety, Julie has gained invaluable insights into how jobs work for employees, how to manage system capabilities and performance, and the frequent concerns and goals of management. Julie’s operational perspectives were developed through her hands-on experience as a paramedic, a PSAP staffer, and ultimately as a 911 director. This frontline experience has given her a unique understanding of the challenges and intricacies of public safety operations. In addition to her operational background, Julie has also honed her skills as a senior account manager, where she fine-tuned her expertise in marketing, technology, and business processes. She uses her marketing experience to assist the company with sales and marketing. Her diverse skill set allows her to approach consulting projects with a comprehensive and holistic perspective.
