Lisa Madden and Tom Klaban presented to the Madison County and Onondaga County (NY) public safety officials and the public at large on the recommendations in the 911 Consolidation Study, keeping a focus on whether a consolidation would improve service to citizens and increase the safety of First Responders.

The Madison County Board of Supervisors announced on Jun 28th that they were immediately implementing Phases One and Two of our recommendations. For additional information click here.
