Next Generation 9-1-1 went live May 20th, in Elko, NV and on May 22nd, went live in West Wendover, NV. Elko County skipped costly and cumbersome patches and upgrades to transition from one of the last few remaining basic 1960s 9-1-1 systems to cloud-based Next Generation 9-1-1.
