MACC 911 seeks an independent assessment of its current 365Labs CAD, RMS, and JMS system, focused on present performance and future viability rather than past implementation. The objective is to understand current system capabilities, the level of maturity achieved, and realistic paths forward.
The assessment will evaluate operational status, workflows, training, data quality, and stabilization progress, while identifying root causes of any issues—whether technical, procedural, or organizational. It will also compare MACC’s experience to national norms for similar CAD transitions and determine whether the system has been sufficiently utilized to assess long-term viability.
The consultant will provide clear, actionable criteria to guide decision-making, including whether to continue stabilizing the system, increase vendor accountability, or consider transitioning to an alternative solution.
