Plan for Upgrading the Emergency Communications System for Regional Government of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) in Alberta, Canada
Winbourne Consulting as a subcontractor to Barkwell-Holland Group (BHG) of Toronto, developed a Front End Engineering Design Document (FEED) for the Regional Government of Wood Buffalo (RMWB) in Alberta, Canada. RMWB is the regional government in the “Capital of the Oil Sands” region of northern Alberta. The project identified the need for modernization multiple components of the RES Emergency Communications System as well as the need for a new 9-1-1 center.
