Expert project management and subject matter expertise in support of the City’s efforts to develop a comprehensive strategy for procuring a replacement vendor. We also supported the implementation of the selected procurement strategy by developing a detailed Statement of Work, Business Process Maps, and Requirements. We also provided evaluation tools and advised the Source Selection Committee throughout the vendor selection process, including managing the contract negotiations with the selected vendor.
