Winbourne Consulting provided assistance to the City of Irvine, CA with an throughout the project lifecycle of a of a new public safety technology platform including CAD and Law Enforcement RMS systems. We conducted a gap analysis to define the current state, highlighting the agency’s goals and objectives. We further defined the current state with the desired state and identified any gaps between their systems and current public safety industry standards. Winbourne then assisted with the development of an RFP, assistance with evaluating responses and contract negotiations.
Winbourne provided project management and consulting services during the implementation of the new CAD and RMS systems.
