Winbourne Consulting assisted the Miami Dade County Fire Department with assessment, procurement and implementation support for a new CAD system for Fire and EMS Emergency Services. We also assisted with the assessment, procurement, and implementation of a CAD-to-CAD interoperability system for 16 area agencies.
We conducted an initial proposal analysis and fact finding to ensure the system met the needs of Miami Dade County Fire. With our support Miami Dade Fire acquired CAD and CAD-to-CAD which met their operational and strategic needs now and in the future.
