Winbourne Consulting assisted the Norfolk VA International Airport Police with replacing the end-of-life CAD, Mobile and law RMS systems including a needs assessment, gap analysis, identifying and documenting functional and technical specifications to fit the operational and business needs of the airport police department. Winbourne provided project management and subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle. Airport Police have unique needs including interfaces with other systems, including security monitoring and assistance systems located throughout the airport facilities and property.
Additionally, Winbourne provided project management services throughout the implementation of CAD, Mobile and RMS products and accomplished a successful Go-Live.
