Winbourne Consulting provided the Inland Empire CAD Interoperability Project Team with consulting services to assist in the procurement assessment and implementation services for a CAD-to CAD interoperability system that will serve the law enforcement and fire agencies in Riverside and San Bernardino Counties. Services included development of a regional CAD-to-CAD RFP, assistance with evaluating responses and contract negotiations, we developed a regional governance agreement and provided project management services for the project implementation.
