Seminole County received a $1M State of Florida grant that had to be expended by June 2018. Winbourne Consulting implemented an aggressive project schedule that included education of stakeholders regarding modern CAD/Mobile systems, Vendor on site demonstrations, developing RFP requirements, and vendor selection, scoring and contract negotiations.
Seminole County approved the contract on time and received the $1M grant. The State of Florida then provided a second $1M grant if the system could be implemented by August 2019. Winbourne Consulting was contracted to provide subject matter expertise throughout the implementation process and Seminole County successfully cutover to the new CAD/Mobile system on July 23, 2019.
