Plan for transition from Enhanced 911 to a NG911 Services Platform.

Winbourne Consulting was contracted by the State of Hawaii to develop an NG911 plan including a Technical & Operational Assessment of the current ECC and vendors. Education of Stakeholders with regards to what it means to move from an Enhanced 911 system to a Next Generation 911 service platform (ESInet). Detailed ESInet design document. Detailed implementation plan and assistance with working with the Hawaii Legislators to obtain support for this project.
